Akshi Singal

Akshi Singal is a partner at Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP. She has more than 9 years of experience in the field of tax due diligence and advisory, inbound and outbound structuring, merger and acquisition, demerger and international tax. She also has knowledge of Indian foreign exchange regulations and has advised on FEMA matters.

Earlier Akshi has worked with Deloitte, PwC, BMR (merged with KPMG) in M&A Tax, handling tax due diligence, jurisdiction analysis, PE investment advisory and group restructuring. She has previously been involved in internal group structuring of one of the largest infrastructure developers of North India. She has also worked on succession planning and assisted in trust structuring of promoter shareholding of a large FMCG manufacturing listed entity with market cap of INR 450 Billion.

Akshi is presently heading the Mumbai office of the firm and focusing on developing an M&A practice of the firm. She also has been assisting start-ups and investor networks in advisory, documentation and compliances.

Akshi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters degree in International tax from Leiden University, The Netherlands. She is also pursuing LL.B. from Mumbai University.
